# Overview

Onsen is a native decentralized Swap built on zkSync Era, driven by community, and designed to build liquidity around blue-chip assets. The protocol will focus on providing emission incentives for blue-chip assets with real yields such as derivatives and LSD assets. V2 will build the Onsen ecosystem based on the Onsen protocol for governance and blue-chip asset liquidity.
